Cancellation

An AI Task Planner Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time through the subscription management portal when available. After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing interval until cancelled.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. To request a review, contact [email protected] with the email address of the relevant account and the information needed to identify the payment.

Applicable consumer rights

Mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain fully applicable and are not limited by this policy.
